Your Role as a Mechanical Design Engineer:

  • Design and construction of prototypes
  • Primary contact for all CAD-related matters

Your Background and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you bring:

  • Completed technical education (university degree preferred) with at least two years of professional experience
  • Advanced experience with CAD software (ideally Inventor)
  • Hands-on skills in prototyping and mechanical design
  • Experience with FEA (ideally Ansys Mechanical) is an advantage
  • Experience with optomechanical components is an advantage
  • Workshop experience is an advantage
  • Reliable personality with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong awareness of deadlines and quality standards
  • Responsible and independent working style
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage

The stated minimum gross salary for this position is € 46.000 per year (full-time, as defined by the collective agreement). The actual salary offered can be significantly higher and is determined based on your experience and qualifications, aligned with industry standards.
